We are currently seeing extremely high parcel volumes throughout our network. We will continue collecting and delivering parcels, however, there may be disruptions to some services under the current conditions. We ask for your patience when contacting our support teams.

Our site in Gwaelod–y–Garth, Cardiff & the surrounding area has experienced flooding. The road to the industrial estate has been closed by police for safety reasons. We are arranging a plan to limit the impact to service but we expect disruption to deliveries in the CF postcode

Due to the Black Friday weekend, our volumes are higher than expected. This could result in delivery times being a little longer than usual. We would ask all of our customers to be patient as all lines of communication will be very busy.

Due to a technical issue yesterday, some of our drivers were unable to update delivery status whilst on the road. Data uploads overnight mean that shipment information has now been restored. However, in some cases, parcel status may not be showing accurately online or by phone.
