EDs are a way to have a dialogue with the shadow world, to engage with dark energies, to have a private world to oneself. To project your desires and pains onto hollow spirits that will only separate you more and more from the human world.

My friends who've been to Thailand tell me about the massage culture there & how there are massage places everywhere & it's very normal for a working class person to get a massage frequently. I think Americans can learn from this mindset. Bodywork doesn't need to be a luxury item

America should have a stronger spa culture. We don't know how to relax. We abuse our bodies with processed food and over-strenuous exercise and pharmaceuticals. We need to learn to sit in hot pools of water naked together.
