🧠 Pacientes >75a con amnesia leve, atrofia hipocampal llamativa pero sin clara progresión cognitiva. ☝️No siempre es Alzheimer. 👉 Podría tratarse de #LATE, una encefalopatía por TDP-43 que simula EA pero sigue otro curso.
