I also talked with some people from the SEAL-911 team. They mentioned that there is a policy that allows for whitehat hacking in some situations, but it requires contract developers to opt-in. Therefore, this would not be applied to such unmaintained contracts.

We've made multiple attempts to responsibly disclose these vulnerabilities but have been failed. What should we do? While we believe we should act ethically and refrain from exploiting them, we’re concerned that bad actors won’t hesitate to take advantage of them.

Does anyone know what to do if you find an exploit in unmaintained smart contracts? We've found several vulnerabilities in unmaintained smart contracts that could potentially generate a reasonable amount (~10k dollars) of profit.

Everyone wants to fuzz complex optimizations of WebAssembly compilers, but most approaches are simply considering grammars and types. Why can't we fuzz optimizations directly? We will share how we can do if we have systematically written optimization rules in S&P 2025 :)
