Bringing this to every SF district is one of the worst ideas. .
The Marina used to be known for drunk frat boys holding back the hair of drunk sorority girls puking in the gutters after the bars closed. Now it’s known for drug tourists using fentanyl at bus stops and creeps jerking off in front of kids at Moscone Park.

That's why that sfchron poll on the mayor's approval rating was a joke. No seasoned researcher would lump "strongly approve" with "somewhat approve" as if they were ordered pairs. It's missing a scale point in between. and "somewhat" is an obvious reach. these are fence.
