Also, The bank app has technical issues frequently and customer support doesn't provided the solution even after caling and reporting multiple times from last month. Also, debit card issue fees without applying for 2-3 cards & kept amount on hold. @HDFC_Bank @RBI @FinMinIndia

@HDFC_Bank @RBI @FinMinIndia @SOALIndia Why no is responsible for this issue and problem faced by me still credit fair is charging ECH auto debit charges automatically even after clearing the all emi balance.

@HDFC_Bank @RBI @FinMinIndia @SOALIndia @FinMinIndia @RBI . Why did you give license to such lenders for extra incurred charges. Is RBI not responsible for this and @FinMinIndia are not supposed to investigate this. Why I am paying the extra amount and they continuosly give legal notice to me on WhatsApp.

I wonder about your ECS algorithm which run only when customer has low balance no matter if it's for some time & not when enough balance in account. Now trapped to pay total ₹30443 ACH debit charges. What a illegal business practice. @HDFC_Bank @Creditfair1 @RBI @FinMinIndia
