Its funny how when you commit to getting 1% better every day, whether thats:. - Personal development.- Product.- Service. The pressure you feel disappears. Rather than a facing a big mountain, you just face a single step. Give it a try if you're feeling down.

What have you learned about yourself recently?. Here's what I've learned:. 1. I'm in so much of a rush to reach my goals that I'm not enjoying the journey. 2. I try to take on much more than I can handle, spreading myself too thin. 3. I need to make more of an effort to switch.

Just left a networking event where 27 people told me what they do. Only 2 told me how they transform their customers' lives. Guess which ones I remember?.

The effort to achieve something small versus something life-changing often isn't that different. The real cost is opportunity.

Tiredness comes in different forms:. Regular job: Tired from back to back meetings, commuting, and making money for your boss. Business owner: Tired from building something that could change your life. Same outcome. Completely different feelings.

Customers rarely give feedback the way we want them to. They don't fill out your survey nicely. They don't give perfect answers in your interviews. Real feedback happens here:. - The angry tweet.- The Reddit rant.- The TrustPilot review. These honest reactions tell you more.

I wake up some days and feel like taking my foot off the gas. But those are the days you have to find another gear. Anyone can show up when they're motivated. Winners show up when they're not.

Before: A full section in the analytics page for exporting raw mentions. After: A small option in plain sight for when it's needed. My thoughts: Less is more. Save space for something more valuable.
