For anyone looking for a CRM, I would highly recommend @beacon_crm. Very similar ethos to Impactasaurus, with a focus on ease of use and small/medium sized charities.

For those of you using Salesforce, we have been working on a plugin which lets you use Impactasaurus directly from Salesforce. Once installed you can embed a beneficiary's Impactasaurus data into their Salesforce contact view. Read more at https://t.co/BeiSTl3eRB

Users seem to be loving the new ability to adjust the comment box under each question. You can now specify what you want beneficiaries to provide, make a comment required or get rid of it altogether. Great for capturing a little more info alongside the scale question

Do you find yourself logging in frequently to see whether beneficiaries have completed the questionnaire you sent? Going forward you won't need to, Impactasaurus will drop you an email when a beneficiary completes a questionnaire remotely š

Data entry within Impactasaurus has been improved - instead of three screens to click through, everything is now on a single page, making it even quicker. If you have a lot of data to get into the system, drop us an email and we will be happy to import it for you.
