3️⃣ Make space for everyone, even if it’s just “I agree, makes sense.” Small wins build confidence. Also, 10 people is already a lot. For deeper dives, smaller groups + async doc feedback works way better.

Here’s what’s worked well for me:.1️⃣ Share design docs or RFCs ahead of time—context before opinions. 2️⃣ During the call, go around the room and ask:.“Any thoughts so far? Anything unclear I can help with?”.(Don’t start with the junior devs—let them warm up.).

PS: CM400-AKG missile (associated with JF-17) is the only one which is presumed to be hypersonic.

Pakistan doesn't have any hypersonic missiles so far!. Shaheen, Ghouri, Fateh, Ghaznavi are either supersonic or ballistic, which means they can be easily intercepted with S400, Iron Dome, Arrow, or any other modern air defense system.
