Hello @EGYPTAIR! It's been over 6 months since you lost my luggage when going to Japan. In the 1st screenshot I was told I would receive compensation soon (28/05/25), and despite emailing for months I'm still yet to receive anything. I am owed a lot of money, can I get it soon?
