@lindarella_la @rgbMDPhD Indeed, the work of @DeepAshanaMD showed that there is considerable bias with SOFA scores and the bias was reduced when one used non-racialized renal clearance measures in SOFA. The original SOFA scores were not validated in a diverse cohort!! #ATS2022
