My strong guess: The Eagles sit a number of starters this weekend. That said, you can't sit everybody. There will need be starters/regulars on the field. This isn't like a third preseason game.

The Sudfeld SNF game! Even in the game the Eagles were eliminated in already they had the league humming with controversy
SInce 2017, #Eagles fans have only had to endure one week of NFL football in which their team was already eliminated from the playoffs. Only the Steelers and Ravens have had none at all. And lol at the New Jersey teams. Draft season starts in November up there.
