10/10 day. Wholesome, honest, and very needed. We even caught a few people who can’t spell 😅 Grateful for the turnout and deeply thankful for the people in my circle/ community I’m trying to build with SENTEAMENTAL. The Senteamental Holiday Experience was truly therapeutic.
We will make our vision boards, enjoy all-inclusive food and drinks, play games and icebreakers like Spelling Bee and Mafia, reflect with the Senteamental Holiday Book, have real conversations, spark new connections… and when we’re done? We party!

stop self sabotaging. learn to regulate my emotions. stop acting on impulse. don’t run from difficult conversations. communicate clearly instead of disappearing. don’t overextend myself or abandon my boundaries to keep people. take space without burning bridges. be consistent.
This year, I’m unlearning fear. I’ll reach out first, respond more, show up to invites, and stop hiding from people. I’ll care loudly, love openly, manage my anxiety better, and choose to live instead of just exist.
