There are 8 buildings over 20 storeys south of Danforth 6 of them were built 50+ years ago - Main Sq (22 to 29s) - built in 1972 - Linx (27s) - built in 2024 - 655 Broadview (2X24s) - built in 1968 - Ray Mcleary Tower (21s) - built in 1958 - Baseball Pl (20s) - built in 2020

The reality of everyone looking at sites for re/development today
So many rental development sites in distress/foreclosure sale right now. I’m seeing at least 1 or 2 a day crossing my desk. Most are pretty mediocre but some are in nice locations. Most with approved plans but can’t get going, carrying too much debt.
