a grand conspiracy: every uma in the game is attached a four digit numerical ID in the code. 2--- is for npcs you race against (venus, cocon, etc.) and 9--- is everyone else (riko, tucker, etc.) yet, casino drive is neither. she is 1139. 1--- is for playable umas. makes u think
