Absolutely true, social care staff are worth their weight in gold ❤️.
Key issue for all new ICB/ICS is to support, stabilise & sustain social care. Almost all NHS bosses surveyed said the “one immediate single change” government could make to relieve pressure on health system would be increasing pay for social care staff.
