The refund is completed now, and related Punycode emoji domains are all burnt.
5/ what happens now? to avoid confusion and make sure fair distribution of ICNS names, we will remove these punycode emoji domains from the system and return the registration & renewal fees to owner principal IDs in the form of WICP.

4/the fact is, Motoko uses UTF-8 encoding, it naturally supports emojis, we don’t have to convert emojis to punycode before registration. This means these registered punycode emoji domains are meaningless. But emoji domains are still displayed as punycode text version in browsers

3/ We later disabled punycode domain registrations/renewals. Below is the list of principal IDs holding punycode emoji domains, few people used bots to batch register punycode domains, front run general users, which is extremely unfair

2/ what happened? we don't support emojis yet(it’s on the roadmap). A while ago we found some users registered punycode version of emoji domains, some even used bots to batch register punycode domains, hoping that ICNS will support punycode version of emoji domains.
