Be Healthy - try to plan and live each day so that your physical and mental state at the end of it is ideally better and at least no worse than at it’s start - and do not seek to do so at the expense of other’s wellbeing. #lovework

Be honest - honesty is more than simply being open about our own views and feelings - it’s about being true to the perspectives of others; true to the broader realities that exist; true to the principles of right and good; true to our own limitations and flaws. #lovework #truth

Be caring - in all the expectations, routines and demands of today - don’t lose sight of the humanity of those with whom you share it #lovework

Be forgiving - our faith is rooted in a God of love, grace and mercy - let us reflect that in the way we treat others. #lovework

Be Alert - find some moments today to pause and consider how God might be present and at work in the circumstances in which you find yourself #lovework

Be diligent - take this world and your responsibilities within it as seriously as the God who became one of us to be its Saviour. #lovework

Be reliable - let the faithfulness of God inspire you to be faithful in your commitments to others. #lovework

Be positive- you cannot always change circumstances, but yours is to choose the attitude with which you confront them #lovework

Be generous - pause to consider how you have benefitted from the generosity of others - in giving thanks, let that inspire you to be generous to others. #lovework

Be prayerful - of the many voices you will hear today, seek to make God’s the one you listen to most #lovework

Be healthy - when work is only ever wearisome and negative, it has become something it was never intended to be. #lovework #wellbeing

Be honest - honesty is not just a matter of speaking truth, but refusing to be silent when falsehood prevails. #lovework #honesty

Be caring - as those who are called to be Christ’s ambassadors in this world, seek to reflect God’s love for humanity as you engage with others today #lovework

Be forgiving- in a world where grace can often be in short supply - remember again the grace that God has lavished on us and seek to reflect that same response to the shortcomings of others. #lovework #forgiveness
