Dhalsim has some awful weaknesses but having drill, teleport and float make him pretty good imo. Also the way he can chip drive into having one of the most advantageous burnout offenses is really good.

Got sagat to 1700. Character feels good, noticeable flaws but that dosent stop characters from being good. His buttons and pokes are amazing. Stmp is goated. Low tiger shot isnt that bad. I do think light dp has less range than it should. Wins vs ed btw 😏.
