Synch Pulse experimental film night returns with dates for early 2026, starting with a 'Water' themed programme, and continuing with 'Analogue Synthesizers' in February and 'Cityscapes' in March including a live electro-acoustic performance for a 1970s film of Chicago.

Experimental short films themed around 'Pastimes and Play' will make up the next Synch Pulse programme, screening at The Rose Hill in Brighton on 10th December. Animation, offbeat documentaries, avant-garde shorts, plus old adverts and trailers form the regular monthly line ups.

Group exhibition at the Pie Factory gallery in Margate includes a room of collages, dioramas and two experimental films with electronic music soundtracks playing on special TVs. The overall show title is Burn It Clean, and it'll be open this weekend with final day on Monday.

Running final checks for analogue video lightshow tonight at the Rossi Bar in Brighton, using self-built Hellivisual equipment to accompany a live set by the group Toothpaste. Central to the projections will be live video feedback provided by two unique Hellicams.
