Esta visión me parece muy interesante, y es algo que hablamos mucho, la "muerte de los SaaS" como los conocemos. No creo que sea inminente pero es un buen ejemplo este. ¿Para qué vas a necesitar un CRM si sólo conectando tu BBDD podrás lanzar interfaces al momento?.
