@reliancejio, Your agent actually questioned my mother ‘how are you using internet without recharge?’ and after she clearly said we use JioFi, the agent still threatened ‘24 hours mein number band kar denge’. Is interrogation + intimidation now part of Jio’s customer care script?

This is not about recharge reminders. This is about threatening language and inappropriate calling hours. @reliancejio, calling at 07:30-8:00PM and saying ‘24 hours mein number band kar denge’ to a senior citizen is harassment. If this continues, I’ll escalate this formally!
