PS - if you live with depression, I have no answers. I extend my thoughts to you, and pray you find the solace to continue living. You deserve a chance to experience life. Don't give up. I know it's easier said than done - but find your strength even when you feel weak.

I won't lie and say life is all roses. I still suffer from depression. I still get suicidal urges. I still hurt. It's just my will to live is stronger now, the drive to make things right for those I love, and for myself.

Eight years since dad passed. Three years since mum passed. I went from 2-3 anxiety attacks weekly to maybe just one in six months. It's been a slow process of healing. Learning to let go, learning to live in the moment is the only way. It's hard. but not impossible.

People will never understand the true power of music unless it's the only thing they're clinging on to for every reason to keep breathing.

It was sarcastic forced optimism for most part feigned to power through each day. Somehow. glad I did. Things are never perfect. Life is pretty shit unless you win the genetic lottery for most part. But you make the best of the journey and enjoy the ride.

I fell in love with the music of the @SmashingPumpkin as my depression hit in my late teens. Now at 49, I can fully understand why. Everything hits so different, and intended or not - the layers peel back slowly and I understand every word. Thank you @Billy.
