Thailand doesn't follow the same calendar as the rest of the world. They use the Buddhist calendar, which is 543 years ahead of the Gregorian calendar. So while the world is in 2025, Thailand is in 2568. You’ll see it on bank receipts, legal documents, billboards, everything.
