Fertility clinics will ignore the man in the equation when it comes to infertility. Beer, weed, plastics, bad sleep, excessive screens, artificial light, and sedentary lifestyle are just as responsible for infertility as a woman’s egg quality. No point in getting the woman.

Being "fit" doesn’t mean you're fertile. Many of the “fitfluencers” are a hormonal disaster.

Your OBGYN isn’t trained in nutrition, metabolic dysfunction, hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, gut health, mitochondrial function, or environmental toxins. So when they tell you “everything looks fine", it’s because they don’t know where to look.

People falsely assume the fertility crisis is about age. But even young men and women under 40 are having trouble conceiving. The true cause of infertility is metabolic dysfunction. Unfortunately, IVF does not fix that.

I was talking to a Ferta patient yesterday and she shared something so powerful. She knew deep down inside that the weight she gained after starting our protocol was exactly what her body needed. But as a woman, it’s so hard to accept that. Especially when your clothes don’t.

No woman should have to piece together labs and advice from a dozen practitioners to figure out why she can’t get pregnant. But unfortunately, that is the reality today.

Instead of whatever they taught us in sex education, I wish they taught us about the female cycle. - How it works.- How to track it.- What a healthy cycle looks like.- How to spot signs of dysfunction, etc. Instead, we got handed birth control pills and condoms.

“You’re healthy, but just unlucky.”. That’s what most doctors tell or imply to women who can’t get pregnant. It’s gaslighting. There’s always a reason.

Fertility requires overflow. Overflow of nutrients, energy, time, and space. If you are running a tight ship and barely holding on, why would your body ever think it is a good time to reproduce?.

So many women blame themselves for not being able to get pregnant. Your body is not broken. It is just getting inputs and signals that are telling it that it is not safe to reproduction. Deep down inside, you are fertile. You just have to rediscover that power within you.

Your “normal” labs aren’t normal. They’re average. Average in today’s world = inflamed and infertile.

Insulin resistance is the root of more infertility than most doctors realize. Insulin is a master hormone. It affects egg quality, ovulation, implantation. pretty much everything. Fixing any blood sugar issues will 10x your fertility.

We’ve normalized tracking steps, calories, macros…. But when you ask a woman when she last ovulated, she has no idea. Ladies, ovulation is your superpower. Start tracking that instead of steps and calories.

IVF didn’t solve the infertility crisis. It created a multi-billion dollar industry around it.

Recurrent miscarriages and failed IVF transfers aren’t “just bad luck.”. There are clear biological reasons why this happens. It’s absurd that most fertility clinics don’t even try to investigate them.

Your ovaries and your mitochondria are deeply connected. Egg quality = mitochondrial health. And mitochondrial health depends on:. - Blood sugar not being erratic.- Getting tons of nutrients, minerals and antioxidants .- Keeping inflammation down.- Having high stress resilience.
