I tried meds and therapy for years and it didn’t help. It turns out my issues were caused by the food I was eating. I’m a former therapist and never want to discourage anyone from getting therapy or meds if they want but I think this is important too.

I agree. When I went low carb my depression went away, my migraines dropped to about 2-3 a year, and joint pain/aches has been greatly reduced. Vision improved,etc.
I knew a diet change would help but with so much conflicting info out there it was hard to know where to start.

That’s what I did initially that eliminated my depression. I didn’t call it plant-based, I called it Paleo but basically the same. Getting rid of the processed stuff and sugar/gluten changed my life! Keto took it a step further…
