kiranshaw - it's easy to say that but people follow what their leaders(elected rep at multiple levels) do. Majority of folks get elected due to their party, based on caste, religion and money and muscle power. When the leaders themselves are a bad examples with multiple.
We need a nationwide law that imposes monetary penalties on individuals who lack basic civic sense & fail to keep our surroundings clean and free of garbage.
