Most AI agent demos quietly skip the hard part: security. In production, agents aren’t just chatting, they’re: - reading emails and docs - hitting your internal APIs - acting on behalf of real users Without a real identity layer, that’s basically giving your agents root access

WebMCP just got W3C backing as an official web standard, bringing Model Context Protocol to the browser The idea: Expose web app functionality as AI-callable tools via navigator.modelContext. No backend server needed. Leverage existing client-side JS instead of building

Zoho’s business would be first to be competed away by people building their own custom software built by people using @Replit @emergentlabs and @Taskade Why pay $30/seat/month for over bundled SaaS when soon even nontech ops ppl can vibe-code a custom solution in a weekend?

I don’t get it. Otherwise smart people proclaim the end of SaaS because AI takes over the software part. Software-as-a-Service was never about the software and always about the service. AI changes nothing about the business reasons to buy instead of build. And yes, you can

Maintaining these solutions will be a nightmare, and this could be a huge business opportunity, building an AI solution that helps maintain vibe coded apps.

Agent Skills: Turn Team Knowledge into Reusable Agent Superpowers Most teams already have "agent skills", they just live in docs, Notion pages, and onboarding checklists. Anthropic’s new Agent Skills turn that hidden expertise into something agents can actually load, reason

The Anthropic Engineering blog is really a gold mine for every serious engineer building AI systems, I don't think people really appreciate it at its real value.

Apparently there's a new trend where people keep asking, “Who is even using VS Code anymore?” Your favorite AI IDEs are still "using it". For the record, at the time of writing, VS Code "is" still more widely used than those AI IDEs.

40k views in 24h on Reddit. And it made something VERY clear: Most people building AI agents have no idea what Docker is becoming. Here’s the new stack you need to know: ° Model Runner (models as OCI artifacts) ° MCP Catalog (plug-and-play tools) ° MCP Toolkit + Gateway °

Curious about folks who are deep into vibe code, are you writing tests (unit, it, etc.), or is the goal mostly just getting the app to work?

Prompting AI agents ≠ prompting chatbots. When you put a model in a loop with tools, small wording changes create weird, expensive side effects. From Anthropic’s Applied AI team, here are the DOs & DON’Ts that actually matter when prompting agents 👇 ✅ DOs when prompting

Not Claude Code telling me, "I can have it ready in a couple of hours", and then proceed to do it in 5min 🤣

Are people still using "act as" 🤔

Context beats clever prompting. Adding relevant background (bios, research, past convos) has more impact than any "act as" trick. Feed the machine information. That's the entire game.

I came across WebLLM, an in browser LLM inference engine. I really like the mission, I don't know why people aren't talking about it. It's really dope.

4 months since I quit Cursor and went full-time to Visual Studio Code. Copilot + Claude Code (in small doses) is all I've needed. Life is good.

Claude Code suggested "Join 500+ developers" for my landing page. That's only off by about 499, minus me. But the temptation to keep it was very real.

my landing page says "join 10,000 users" is it ok if I don’t have any users yet?
