New customer and payment of the day 🥳🥳

This is my revenue from the last 4 weeks, from my 2 SaaS. One is B2B and the other B2C. Got some churn on the first one (20%) a month ago but I got to keep grinding 💪. Currently in touch with couple of big companies that could bring an extra 800€ MRR 🤞

I started building my first SaaS 2 years ago. I put it aside and didn't finish it yet. Since, I built 2 others SaaS, each in 3 weeks. The 1st, one year ago : first customers 1 month later. The 2nd, 2 months ago : first customers 2 days later. Opportunities is key.

I'll share my stack with you :. - Laravel.- Vue.js.- Vuetify.- mySQL . I code from scratch. Sometimes use help from GPT. Not even Docker until I scale it. Allows me to deploy MVP fast and cheap. EASY - FAST - SIMPLE is the key.

I've seen many projects failed big time !. Why ?. Team focused on a pixel perfect product. Team thought the stack was the most important part. Well, customers don't give a rat's ass about having an innovative stack. They want the BEST FEATURE.

My biggest mistake ?. Not starting my company earlier. What's yours ?.

Does anyone build SaaS that are not AI related nowadays ?. That's my case. And it feels like I'm an alien. I strongly believe AI is not the answer to every pain points.
