Just want to recall that @samjshah2 opened document to be filled up with applications of calculus appearing in the book that could be useful in math classes.👩🏫. Feel free to collaborate 👥. #ipowersbc.

I am a teacher who tends to love the internal beauty of mathematics, and I don’t think a lot about the applications. But my kids genuinely want to know when and how what they are learning is useful...

Ahh, this sounds familiar 👀. #ipowersbc #S1.
If you need a break from PEMDAS (as I sure do!), let me remind you how beautiful and deep math can really be, in the hands of someone like Archimedes, the man who harnessed infinity.

Ahhh quite interesting question posed by Ravi, maybe one of our readers can come up with the solution to this optimization problem, say, condensing in one single tweet (maybe two) the essence of sine waves in Fourier analysis. 🤯. #ipowersbc #S4.

Phew! Fluxions, differentials, irregular staircases. They just set us up to face modern calculus, so let's jump there. Seven days ahead to read ch. 10 & 11 (#S4) and find more interesting stuff 🔍. Happy reading & commenting! 🤓. #ipowersbc
