Genuinely curious. 🤔. What are you hoping to gain on here if you're posting everyday? . When is the last time you took a break? . Shifting my priorities away from here has helped with my mental health + allowed me to focus on client work & YouTube. That trend will continue tbh.

Do you have computer neck?. I like slowly stretching my head by looking down and then slowly rotating so that I look up at the sky and then back at the ground. I also like to stand and stretch my arms vertically above my head to stretch my whole body to be as "tall" as possible.

I still remember watching this for the first time more than 5 years ago, and I think it still holds true today. Even in a silly place like X, think about the stories you hold onto, and how you can expand your perspective on literally anything, and by avoiding stereotypes.
