We talk a lot about what being a carer means to each of us. Some of us don't even like the label but use it because we have to so we can access services and support. What do you think about the label? #CarersWeek2023 #RealCarersWeek

We have had lots of conversations about how we understand the experiences of giving and receiving care. This quote is from one of our Tea and Cake group meeting where we talked a lot about labels. What does 'carer' mean to you? #CarersWeek #RealCarersWeek
