Paramount and Nickelodeon seem to be guilty of Google Image searching art when they need to use it in promotional material like this, in the past they have been caught accidentally using fan art because of this. As one particularly hilarious example.
Notice how this coffee stand is using the Lost Village render of Smurfette.
