Post cardiac arrest chapter updated!.❄️hypothermia is gone, but avoidance of fever remains critical.❄️integrated, multimodal strategy for management of fever & shivering may limit need for opioids & paralytics.❄️continuous invasive temp monitor still key.

significant errors will be fixed ASAP, but it may take me a while to address less critical comments. eventually I *will* circle back around and consider all the comments in detail, as I revise and update the chapters.

e-mailing me stuff directly isn't terrific, as my e-mail bin is a dumpster fire. I need to fix that but for the time being its chaos in there. alternatively, comments posted to the linked blog posts will remain safely & neatly filed away in perpetuity.

the best way to send peer review is to drop it in the comments section associated with each chapter. this is transparent & allows for sparking interesting dialogue between folks. if there is a question or controversy, then *many* people probably have thoughts to add.
