Have you tried companies registration? . I just gave up on those clowns. I have 1 that’s going 2 months old. I have been promoted to pay facilitation that’s like registering another Company altogether which I flatly refuse. Ke., is just a crime-scene.
Getting a simple land search in Nairobi is like milking a mosquito. ArdhiSasa was meant to eradicate delays and corruption, also known as "facilitation". Here is my search application that is now 10 days old. 10 days for a search, imagine how that is affecting land transfers.
