okayyy plan is i’m gonna pace for a bit, study until 5:30-6pm, and then I can have soba noodles for dinner and pace a bit more until 7:30pm where I’ll lock back in for a night study sesh from 7:30pm-10:30pm and then I’ll go pace until 11:30 and go to bed

but i remember not having a thigh gap until low bmi 17s high 16s previously and now I have one at bmi 18, eating high protein and a higher intake w more gradual weight loss actually does make a huge difference in appearance

losing weight more steadily at an average of 1k cals this relapse means that bmi 18 looks so different this time around, i’m so much leaner and i’ve retained way more muscle mass from slower weight loss and I look smaller than I did at bmi 18 when I reached it via a low intake
