Hey @JagexSupport could I get a bit of insight on why exactly this was applied? I don't think anything I've done could be considered bug abuse "major" in any sense, and I'm curious what resulted in this.

I looked in the mirror after my workout today and felt okay about my body for the first time in my life. So, here are progress pictures from 10 months of lifting. 5'9", 130->148lbs, goal weight 170. Feels way better than RS gains.
