Today, a fruitful discussion was  held between the #SSC Minister  of Health, Mr. SanCAD, and the  Nomads Developmnt Org(NODO), #UNOCHAsomalia, #UNICEF, &  #UNESCO.

According to this #OCHA report,  a violence between one enclave  secessionist/terorist faction of  SNM (Somaliland) and #SSC-K  satate of Somalia  caused over  43,000 people to flee the #Erigavo  district of the Sanaag region.

Although it is addressed directly  to #Puntland, this letter is not  necessarily about #SSCK. I hope  that the WFP and all UN offices  will soon be based in #SSCK.
