@Goodside_Studio This is how I did it. Found some stock footage of clouds on a masked-out, black background & applied a "Screen" blend screening mode

One of my favorite hero web designs to date. Even in the world of mindblowing, 3D webGL websites, what you can do with parallaxing images & blending modes is still unmatched. Collable with @Goodside_Studio (brand)

I love playing with liquid glass in Figma, but the real answer is that it has a WebGL/shader effect. There's no way to actually recreate refraction in Figma, you can only emulate it. No matter how fancy we get inside of Figma, design engineers will just laugh and build a shader.
