With #negroni week upon us we decided to do a fizz using negroni elements. We used grapefruit gin from Seersucker Southern Gin, a few dashes of bitters from @ScrappysBitters and instead of club soda we topped it with @hummkombucha and of course added egg white and lemon juice.

If you're not drinking @hummkombucha Humm Zero Ginger Lemonade, you SHOULD be! (No, I'm not compensated for saying this, I'm just doing you a favor.) This is seriously refreshing, has only ten calories in 11 ounces, and a bit of carbonation. Delicious!
