7/8 Look back at your week. Where did you cut a corner because "no one would know"? Where did you choose the easy way out? It's not too late to go back and make it right. Not for the applause, but for the man in the mirror.

6/8 So, I deleted the patch. I spent the three hours fixing it right. I missed the first half of the game. No one sent a "thank you for not cutting corners" email. But I noticed. And God noticed. Integrity isn't a performance; it's a foundation.

5/8 "Work heartily" means *from the soul*. You don't do excellent work because your boss deserves it (maybe they don't). You do it because God deserves it. He gave you the skill. To do less is to dishonor the Giver of the gift.

4/8 The Apostle Paul wrote about this 2,000 years ago: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men." (Colossians 3:23) This verse isn't just for pastors. It's for coders, mechanics, fathers, and students. Your work is your worship.

3/8 I call it "browser-window integrity." You know, minimizing the game or the shopping tab when the boss walks by. It's fake. It's exhausting. And it's a sign that you're working for the wrong audience.

2/8 I caught my reflection in the monitor and it hit me: I was about to trade my character for a little free time. We live in a world that trains us to work for applause. But the real battle for your soul happens when no one is watching.

1/8 I almost sold my integrity for 2.5 hours of free time last week. A client project had a snag. - The right fix: 3 hours. - The "good enough" patch: 30 minutes.
