Plan your week tonight. The enemy of execution is ambiguity. Know your mission for Monday before your head hits the pillow tonight. #encouragement #planning

Rest is an act of trust. It says, 'God, you can handle the world while I sleep.' If you can't stop working, you've made yourself into an idol. #thought #sabbath

Here is the hard truth: Your children are watching how you rest. Do you check out on a screen, or do you engage? Be present. These moments are the bricks that build their memories. Agree or disagree? 👇

The weekend isn't an escape from responsibility; it's a shift in focus. You are the CEO of your home. Lead with the same intensity you bring to the office. #thought #fatherhood

8/8 This is the kind of integrity we explore every week. If you want to build a character that doesn't need an audience, read the full devotional here: https://t.co/Anc5aQO3Mb Follow me for more on faith, work, and leadership.

7/8 Look back at your week. Where did you cut a corner because "no one would know"? Where did you choose the easy way out? It's not too late to go back and make it right. Not for the applause, but for the man in the mirror.

6/8 So, I deleted the patch. I spent the three hours fixing it right. I missed the first half of the game. No one sent a "thank you for not cutting corners" email. But I noticed. And God noticed. Integrity isn't a performance; it's a foundation.

5/8 "Work heartily" means *from the soul*. You don't do excellent work because your boss deserves it (maybe they don't). You do it because God deserves it. He gave you the skill. To do less is to dishonor the Giver of the gift.

4/8 The Apostle Paul wrote about this 2,000 years ago: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men." (Colossians 3:23) This verse isn't just for pastors. It's for coders, mechanics, fathers, and students. Your work is your worship.

3/8 I call it "browser-window integrity." You know, minimizing the game or the shopping tab when the boss walks by. It's fake. It's exhausting. And it's a sign that you're working for the wrong audience.

2/8 I caught my reflection in the monitor and it hit me: I was about to trade my character for a little free time. We live in a world that trains us to work for applause. But the real battle for your soul happens when no one is watching.

1/8 I almost sold my integrity for 2.5 hours of free time last week. A client project had a snag. - The right fix: 3 hours. - The "good enough" patch: 30 minutes.

Most men get this wrong: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." - Colossians 3:23 Who needs to hear this?

The only thing better than the feast is the leftovers sandwich. Cold turkey, cranberry sauce, and quiet satisfaction. Hope you men are resting well. #TheAnchor #Leftovers

Rest is not laziness. It's recovery. After the feast, take the time to reset. Read a book. Walk the woods. Sit in silence. A sharp axe cuts better than a dull one. Sharpen yourself today. #encouragement #rest

Most men get this wrong: The rush for 'more' is a distraction from the 'enough' you already have. True wealth is waking up with a roof over your head and a purpose in your heart. Don't trade your peace for a discount. Agree or disagree? 👇
