Thanks again to @FishersIN for funding some equipment for the @RSIGoldenHawks makerspace. Ss using @WonderWorkshop Dash robots to reinforce math concepts. Ss had to code Dash to travel through a simulated factory & document distance in metric units. @HSESchools #RSISTEM

First outdoor nature journaling experience today for Mrs. Cuthrell’s class. Ss were asked to notice, wonder and make connections with previous knowledge. They left with lots of questions. Next step- seek answers. @RSIGoldenHawks @HSESchools #RSISTEM

I’m so glad we were able to connect & provide these students with/ a meaningful experience & we walk away with some thought-provoking ideas.

They did an incredible job listening to our needs/desires keeping in mind the 3 pillars of our program; Agriculture, Engineering & Environment. Everyone was very impressed with their thoroughness & creativity.

Had a unique experience on Monday. @USIConsultants had some summer interns who needed a project. We partnered with/ them & had those students tour our campus & survey the property w/ the goal of helping us visualize how to enhance our STEM program. @RSIGoldenHawks

Attended @projectwet & @ProjectWILD training today at @fallsoftheohio SP. I’ve never visited this park before & was completely impressed. I enjoyed the training as well & am ready to dig into the resources. @INDNRstateparks @HSESchools @RSIGoldenHawks
