If a VC says no to a founder, it doesn’t mean that business won’t be great If a LP says no to a VC, it doesn’t mean that fund won’t be great If you say no to yourself, it doesn’t mean you won’t be great We all require some self and external validation. You’re already great!

@hpierrejacques If you say no to yourself trust me you won’t be great lol…. The first two don’t matter cos what matters is self belief. No self belief, no greatness IMO.

@karenbforster For many of us someone will believe in us before we believe in ourselves

@hpierrejacques When it doesn't make sense saying no to yourself is sanity. Not everything is as good as what others think, your own perspective matters irrespective of whoever you are —founder, VC or LP. You are fine as long as you are not in the trough of disillusionment.

@hpierrejacques But if customers say no, perhaps it's time to rethink a few things.

@hpierrejacques Yes. As @reidhoffman said and I quote "you can learn from every no – if you know how to listen."

@hpierrejacques Negative self talk is the ultimate killer of dreams, fuels imposter syndrome and never lets one see “what could be”
