@Crescent_Hgts closed on 420 N. May, a 1.7-acre parcel in Chicago #fultonmarket, on which it plans to develop one of the tallest projects in the district: a 52-story, 600'-tall apt tower by HPA that integrates an existing loft masonry building at its base.

HPA's latest project with #AlbionResidential is Albion Music Row in Midtown #Nashville. Located on a nearly 2-acre site, the project features a 29-story tower with 452 apts, a 20-story tower with 380 apts and a public plaza with 25k SF of green space.
