but we were only able to take the short path thanks to my network, there's no magic trick

these three pillars alone brought my studio to a mid 5 figs mrr in less than 3 months without even having a live website

study, emulate, transform, get good, make it your own
if you cant do it yourself ; partner with (or hire) people able to do what you suck at

New quote for each major step?
If the client want us on their side on a few years horizon I think it seems more simple to do a sub model.
And our prices start at 8k/mo with our highest account being at 15k/mo atm, it

I agree with you if you're only web designer. But if your studio can handle more than web design, it def makes more sense for you and the client to work under a sub model.
They can get a project running from 0 to 1 without ever worrying about any design aspect cause we can

and on a growth standpoint the algo isn't as hackable for graphical content as it was before
i guess edu content in reel form could do it but it's not very interesting to produce to me

Mostly web3 related atm, because this is where the vast majority of my personal network is. They need a 0 → 1 and beyond solution and come to us to save themselves the hassle of composing an in-house team.
The studio is pretty new so it's hard to say, we expect most of them

Might be easier for you than it was for me. I used that to play a sequence of image on scroll, needed a hundred of scroll triggers and had to manually set them up + the variants lol
Could be less tedious for what you’re trying to do!
