had a nice day just shy of maintenance, going back back to an 800cal limit so i can be at my gw by fall! probably sooner

staring off with a raspberry cold brew (220c) and a walk (-150c). i don't have any rules for this fast besides a 450cal limit and i have to walk before/after every drink ( ‘• ω • `)

had a REALLY insane depressive episode yesterday, only slept 1hr, and binged. i don't really know what happened but i feel better now and i'm going back to res. i only gained like a pound including water weight but wow that was horrible

what happened yesterday caloricly can never happen again
