🚨NOISE NOTICE 🚨. #HCPD Bomb Squad, SLED, and @usairforce personnel from @ShawAirForce Base are preparing to safely dispose of an explosive device. Community members in the area of Highway 90 near International Drive may hear a significant noise, but rest assured all is well.

We appreciate the patience of community members who stayed inside their homes, steered clear of the area, or complied with evacuations during this incident. Public safety crews are working to reopen roadways at this time. (2/2).

UPDATE 11:10 p.m.:. Subject involved has been safely taken into police custody. Per standard protocols, South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) will be investigating the incident. (1/2).
