I generated a 15 second clip using Seedance 2.0 omni ref, with images of the characters, props, and environment. I sketched an idea for the logo, took a picture and fed it into Nano Banana with instructions. It generated a polished version. I then animated it with Grok Imagine.

I extracted the characters from the images with Nano Banana, then I ask Nano Banana to design the interior of the diner setting in relation to the vibe and aesthetic of the characters.
