Now they are saying we can't have a hire car until the car is recovered, which needs a key, but we have no way of getting there. @TheRAC_UK can you please explain what we are supposed to do? You have left us stranded 2 hours from home, spoken to us like idiots ...

Have been on the phone and had the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! Being told we should have known to leave the key - which we were never told... Completely belittling customer service saying that they are shocked 'we' left his grandad waiting so long... We...

With his car 1- this was not explained on the phone before being collected by the taxi 2- how is this at all safe? Now we are at his grandad's house with no confirmation of hire car at all We need to get home but currently have no clue when or how this is going to happen
