‘Parent Pick Me Up’ October edition 🎃. Parents enjoyed baking pumpkin spice muffins from scratch. It can be hard to put yourself first when you are a parent, but these tasty treats count as 1 of your 5 a day. They can be batch-baked and frozen to enjoy a nourishing breakfast.

Without volunteers we could not deliver our service, so it's only right to remind them that they don't have to be the experts in this complex, hard to navigate world, but that they have partners in the community who will help them navigate support for our families. 🧵(4/5).
